The Meditation Massage

 I've created this session to focus on healing from chakra to muscle.  Combining different types of vibrational medicines (such as reiki, aromatherapy, PEMF, crystals & sound bowls) with relaxing deep tissue massage.

During the session, guided meditation brings you out of your head & into your breath. A chakra assessment will allow me to see problem areas within the etheric body.  Reiki paired with multiple energy tools will drift your body & mind into a deep state of relaxation. Relieving you of constant,  modern day fight or flight. This is where your healing begins. Relaxing massage will conclude the session. My massage sessions combine deep tissue/sports with Swedish techniques. This allows for targeted relief while keeping the nervous system at rest.
